Returns Portal Guide

Visit https://aninebing.myshopify.com/apps/returns to initiate your return and/or exchange. Provide your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. If your order is within our 14-day return policy, please select the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and the method in which you'll return the item(s). If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, select the new item(s). Once this is complete, your prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your ANINE BING account or back to the original payment method. Store credit will be sent to you via email or applied to your cart at checkout.
