We are grateful for your continued support and pleased to share that our US warehouse, servicing the US and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel, is still fully operational at this time. Although COVID-19 may affect the timeframe in which some orders are shipped and received, there are currently no shipping restrictions. Rest assured our team is hard at work to guarantee your order is processed and fulfilled as soon as possible.

What is Global-e?

Global-e is a cross-border solution that offers a customized checkout experience, including region-specific currency and shipping options, for international customers. When you are ready to checkout, you will be brought to a Global-e portal to process your payment.

Why is Global-e not available in my region?

Global-e is currently only offered on our US webshop, which services all international countries other than Europe and Israel. All international countries will see Global-e available, allowing you to shop in your localized currency. We will continue to roll-out new features, such as taking care of duties and taxes upfront at checkout, in the near future. Once we are able to gather feedback and test this technology successfully, we will look into offering the same opportunity for our European webshop.

PURE NOIR

At this time we are only able to ship our fragrances within the continental US and continental Europe due to international shipping restrictions. On our US webshop, the fragrance is unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any international location.

Why am I being charged $100 at checkout if shipping is free?

We offer free shipping worldwide. However, we have two different versions of our website. On our main webshop, www.aninebing.com, you will see a pop-up to select your country. Our US webshop services the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel. If you select a European country or Israel, you will be brought to our European webshop. Our European webshop ships for free to Europe and Israel. Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.

Do you cover duties and taxes for international orders?

We offer free shipping for all international shipments but only cover duties for Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand. Any applicable duties or taxes are automatically calculated by Global-e at checkout. The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country.

Select DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout to pre-pay these fees. All fees will be listed on the Global-e international checkout page.

If DDP is not selected, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery. ANINE BING is not responsible for these charges.

Do you charge sales tax?

Within the US, sales tax is only charged at checkout on orders shipping to California, New York, and Florida. Outside of the US, a 10% GST is applied at checkout for Australia.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

US Domestic orders ship via FedEx. International orders placed using Global-e ship via DHL. 

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 7-10 business days to process and ship.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average shipping times:

Within the US: less than 5 business days

US to Canada: 3-5 business days

US to South America: 5-10 business days

US to Asia: 7-10 business days

US to Australia: 7-10 business days

US to New Zealand: 7-10 business days

US to Africa: 7-10 business days

US to Middle East: 7-10 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, as an office address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently only offer standard ground shipping. We are unable to provide expedited shipping but hope to explore these options in the near future. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at concierge@aninebing.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at concierge@aninebing.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
