We are grateful for your continued support and pleased to share that our US warehouse, servicing the US and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel, is still fully operational at this time. Although COVID-19 may affect the timeframe in which some orders are shipped and received, there are currently no shipping restrictions. Rest assured our team is hard at work to guarantee your order is processed and fulfilled as soon as possible.

Any order placed during our sale period cannot be cancelled or modified. All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges or store credit for any sale items.

Shipping is free to the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel.
Why am I being charged $100 at checkout if shipping is free?
We offer free shipping worldwide. However, we have two different versions of our website. Switch between sites by clicking "REGION" in the top right corner of any ANINE BING page. You'll see this to the left of "ACCOUNT." From there, you can toggle between our USA and European stores. On mobile, you can find "REGION" from the dropdown at the top left. Our European store ships for free to Europe and Israel and our US store ships for free to the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel.
Please note that VAT/duties may apply.
Do you charge sales tax?
Within the US, sales tax is only charged at checkout on orders shipping to California and New York. Outside of the US, a 10% GST is applied at checkout for Australia.
Do you cover duties?
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to Canada, South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and the Middle East, which means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties. All other non-customs related local taxes, such as Use Tax, are not covered by ANINE BING. Some countries may be subject to additional fees.

All orders ship via UPS.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average shipping times:
Within the US: less than 5 business days
US to Canada: 3-5 business days
US to South America: 5-10 business days
US to Asia: 7-10 business days
US to Australia: 7-10 business days
US to New Zealand: 7-10 business days
US to Africa: 7-10 business days
US to Middle East: 7-10 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We are working on offering expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping options will only be available within the US. Additional charges will apply at checkout. Please be sure to place your order by noon for expedited and overnight shipping. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at email@example.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
