We offer free returns and exchanges worldwide and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. All US packages include a pre-paid shipping label and return form. If you are requesting a return from outside of the US, we will provide a pre-paid label for you via email.


Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an ANINE BING giftcard.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Yes! However, we are only able to provide pre-paid UPS labels. Should you choose to forgo our free UPS return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs. 

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process. 

To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit. We value all customer feedback.


All return packages can be given to any UPS driver or taken to any location of The UPS Store, a UPS Drop Box, a UPS Customer Center, any Staples location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. There is no charge to drop off a pre-paid return package. 


If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
