RETURNS AND EXCHANGES GUIDELINES

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any sale items.

Full-Price Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for full-price merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for full-price unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an ANINE BING gift card.

US customers, visit any ANINE BING store to return or exchange in-person or visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return and/or exchange and receive your prepaid return label. Further instructions can be found in our Returns Portal Guide.

International customersplease submit your request via our Global-e platform to receive a prepaid return label. To initiate an exchange, please email concierge@aninebing.com.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Return Shipping Fee

Returns and exchanges are free in most regions for any full-price merchandise within policy. As of May 21, 2024, please see exclusions below:

Australia: Return Fee of AUD30 on all returns. 

Canada: Return Fee of CAD20 on all returns.

New Zealand: Return Fee of NZD30 on all returns.

Mexico: Return Fee of MexD350 on all returns.

Israel: Return Fee of Shekel200 on all returns. 

We are only able to provide pre-paid shipping labels for US customers.

Should you choose to forgo our return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

For international orders placed using Global-e, select 'return label' to receive a  DHL label in the returns portal. Otherwise, you may receive a return label to use a carrier of your choice at your own expense. DHL offers free pick-ups. Please contact concierge@aninebing.com for any further assistance.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY

All lingerie and swimwear styles are eligible for return under our standard ANINE BING return policy. Please request your return or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over undergarments, without removing the protective sanitary liner. Once tags and liner are removed, we can no longer accept the return.

EAU DE PARFUM RETURN POLICY

Every Pure Noir and Rose Wood Eau de Parfum order will include a scent card, allowing you to experience our signature fragrance collection before unboxing your item. Please note, the Pure Noir and Rose Wood Eau de Parfums are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unworn within 14 days of receiving your order. 

PURE NOIR CANDLE RETURN POLICY

Our Pure Noir Candle is eligible for our standard ANINE BING return policy. Should you not love the scent as much as we do, please request your return, or an exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order. The candle must be returned unused and with its original packaging.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email concierge@aninebing.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
