RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ENJOY FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON MOST ORDERS
We offer free returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an ANINE BING giftcard.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
US customers, visit any ANINE BING store to return or exchange in person or simply use your pre-paid return label. If you did not receive a label, or you would like to initiate an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
International customers, submit your request via our Global-e platform to receive a return label: https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZDI.
You will be prompted to enter your order number (the longer order number starting with GE, followed by a few numbers) and your email address used to place the order. To initiate an exchange, please contact email@example.com.
Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Returns and exchanges are free for any full-price purchase within policy. However, we are only able to provide pre-paid FedEx labels for US customers. Should you choose to forgo our free return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.
Please visit any FedEx Office location to drop off your package. You can find a nearby location here: https://www.fedex.com/locate/. There are also thousands of FedEx Drop Boxes available nationwide at nearby office buildings, airports, shopping centers, and grocery stores. For international orders placed using Global-e, select "express prepaid return" to receive a free DHL label in the returns portal. Otherwise, you may receive a "standard return label" to use a carrier of your choice at your own expense. DHL offers free pick-ups. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any further assistance.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.
I received a free gift with my purchase. If I need to make a return, can I still keep my gifted item?
Please contact our Concierge Team. If you purchased multiple items and only wish to return one, you may keep your gift. If you only purchased one item and need to make a return, we kindly ask that you also return your gift with purchase. If you would like to keep your gift, or if your gift has already been worn or used, a fee, depending on the cost of the item, will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange item(s) in your order, our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in finding the right fit so you can continue to enjoy your free gift with purchase.
PURE NOIR EAU DE PARFUM RETURN POLICY
Every Pure Noir Eau de Parfum purchase will include a complimentary sample of the Pure Noir fragrance, allowing you to test the new scent without unboxing your item. Please note, the Pure Noir Eau de Parfum is not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unworn within 14 days of receiving your order.
PURE NOIR CANDLE RETURN POLICY
Our Pure Noir Candle is eligible for our standard ANINE BING return policy. Should you not love the scent as much as we do, please request your return, or an exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order. The candle must be returned unused and with its original packaging.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email email@example.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
